That\u2019s it! I\u2019ve been in London for the last 4 days. Our Asian adventure is officially over, well, S\u00e9bastien is staying in Singapore for another 3 months, but the rest of us are back home. Tomorrow, the furniture will be back in the house and we will start a new adventure: London 2.0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00c7a y est ! Je suis \u00e0 Londres depuis 4 jours. Notre aventure asiatique est officiellement termin\u00e9e, bon, S\u00e9bastien reste encore 3 mois \u00e0 Singapour, mais nous trois sommes de retour chez nous. Demain, les meubles seront livr\u00e9s dans la maison et nous commencerons une nouvelle aventure : Londres 2.0<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I really made the most of my last two weeks in Singapore. I read the \u201cSecret Singapore\u201d book from start to finish and went to see the places that interested me the most. I compiled them all in here<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

J’ai vraiment profit\u00e9 au maximum de mes deux derni\u00e8res semaines \u00e0 Singapour. J’ai lu le livre \u00ab Secret Singapore \u00bb du d\u00e9but \u00e0 la fin et suis all\u00e9e voir les endroits qui m’int\u00e9ressaient le plus. Je les ai tous compil\u00e9s ici<\/a>.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

S\u00e9bastien and I really enjoyed being together. It\u2019s reassuring to see that we are well together, even after all this time. We still have plenty to talk about and lots of things we like to do together. I missed him even more than usual when I left for France on the 21st July.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

S\u00e9bastien et moi avons vraiment appr\u00e9ci\u00e9 d’\u00eatre ensemble. C\u2019est rassurant de voir qu\u2019on est bien tous les deux, m\u00eame apr\u00e8s tout ce temps. Nous avons encore beaucoup de choses \u00e0 nous raconter et beaucoup de choses que nous aimons faire ensemble. Il m’a manqu\u00e9 encore plus que d’habitude lors de mon d\u00e9part pour la France le 21 juillet.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

But, to sweeten the sadness, I got upgraded to business class on my flight Doha to Paris. I could get used to that!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mais, pour adoucir ma tristesse, j’ai \u00e9t\u00e9 surclass\u00e9e en classe affaires sur mon vol Doha-Paris. Je pourrais facilement m’y habituer !<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

These six years in Asia were incredible. I would have never thought that I would live in Hong Kong and Singapore. I was very lucky to be able to explore new countries and also to spend time on my family and on myself. I am not the same person who left London in August 2018. I don\u2019t know what the future holds for me but I feel confident in my abilities, in myself. I may be nearly 50, but I feel like it\u2019s the beginning of a new life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ces six ann\u00e9es en Asie ont \u00e9t\u00e9 incroyables. Je n’aurais jamais pens\u00e9 vivre \u00e0 Hong Kong et \u00e0 Singapour. J’ai eu beaucoup de chance de pouvoir explorer de nouveaux pays et aussi de consacrer du temps \u00e0 ma famille et \u00e0 moi-m\u00eame. Je ne suis plus la m\u00eame personne qui a quitt\u00e9 Londres en ao\u00fbt 2018. Je ne sais pas ce que l\u2019avenir me r\u00e9serve mais j\u2019ai confiance en mes capacit\u00e9s, en moi-m\u00eame. J\u2019ai peut-\u00eatre presque 50 ans, mais j\u2019ai l\u2019impression que c\u2019est le d\u00e9but d\u2019une nouvelle vie.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

To all my friends in Asia, I hope I will be able to see again and I am very sad to be far from you. To all my friends and family in France or London, I am so happy to be able to see you more often again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
