Last day before school starts! We went to a Mexican restaurant on Robertson Quay along the Singapore River and then we went to Sentosa Island to the S.E.A. Aquarium. A nice worry-free family day!
Dernier jour avant la rentrée ! Nous sommes allés dans un restaurant mexicain sur Robertson Quay le long de la rivière Singapour puis nous sommes allés sur l’île de Sentosa au S.E.A. Aquarium. Une belle journée en famille !
The sky was grey, but Robertson Quay was very lively and there is a nice walk along the water bordered by some renovated warehouses that now house restaurants and bars.
Le ciel était gris, mais Robertson Quay était très animé et il y a une jolie promenade le long de l’eau bordée de quelques entrepôts rénovés qui abritent maintenant des restaurants et des bars.

After that, we went to Sentosa Island, the resort island! It reminded me of Las Vegas. There are lots of places to spend your money there. We just went to the aquarium, which is one of the biggest in Asia. There were some spectacular displays. We resisted buying anything but that was hard (Emilie wanted to buy everything and Sebastien had his eyes set on a fluffy octopus!)
Après cela, nous sommes allés sur l’île de Sentosa, l’île de villégiature ! Cela m’a rappelé Las Vegas. Il y a beaucoup d’occasion pour dépenser son argent là-bas. Nous sommes juste allés à l’aquarium, qui est l’un des plus grands d’Asie. Il y avait des expositions spectaculaires. Nous avons réussi à ne rien acheter, mais ce fut difficile (Emilie voulait tout acheter et Sébastien avait craqué sur une petite pieuvre en peluche !)
